How these numbers work. Every figure is a count of example events multiplied by an assumption Northlight Automation set for Riverside Studio; both are shown beside it.
Hours saved = Σ(events × minutes per task) ÷ 60. Labour saved = hours × staff hourly cost.
Revenue is protected, not generated: after-hours enquiries × average value × a conservative conversion rate (max 50%).
Duplicate events are counted once. Response time and coverage are measured, never assumed.
